Abstract:
The process of manufacturing in different organizations has different styles, that the target of each one is to deliver the proper product to customer in an appropriate manner.By the way, deployment of manufacturing execution systems gives more advantages to the managers in middle layer. In this research, we had purpose of creating framework with modules, connections an necessary requirements, something that had never taken place in cloud environment. In MES[45] module recognition which is the most important part of research, the order module that was seen in traditional MES, is the basis of work, and with analytic approach using SOMA methodology, other modules such as resource management, scheduling, tracking and tracing , definition management and so on is extracted from it. In other words, the purpose is smallising this huge module. Considering the limitiation of practical scheme of this frame in cloud environment, acase study wich is named Jamsaz organization was the most important of this research, the study which production process of Jamsaz has been compered with and due attention t experts of this scope and interview with the execution manager and related staff, th final result has been obtained. Comparing to traditional MES to take into consideration the new order module lightened and more flexibility and integrity obtained and the new model of business made new point of view available for this organizations.
